The GSK Consumer Sensory Lab generates insights into consumers’ unmet needs. Specifically, the innovation facility is designed to analyse consumer interaction with current and future products. The lab fosters a better understanding of unbiased consumer preferences, whether in a home, store, doctor’s surgery or pharmacy environment.

The Consumer Sensory Lab demonstrates that GSK are geared up and can maximise opportunity when it arises. Together, the science labs are also a statement of intent that you can physically see and touch, to make innovation tangible.
