Spanning an 18 month period, PW partnered with PepsiCo to create an internal innovation strategy, placed at the heart of their European business.

We designed a Product Design Discovery Centre with a strategy that encouraged experimentation and collaboration for all team members. As a result, this generated excitement about future possibilities within the food innovation business.
