Avatar-Led Future Consumer Experience

AVA was conceived as a forward-looking experience set in the future, exploring how changing behaviours, channels, and technologies are reshaping consumer purchasing decisions. Using avatar-led storytelling, the experience examined how shopping habits are evolving and what this means for brands operating in an increasingly complex environment.

The aim was to help senior teams step out of short-term pressures and consider the bigger picture.

What we did

We designed and delivered the full AVA experience, from initial concept and stakeholder alignment through to the physical environment, software, and avatar-led content. All content was AI-generated, creating a consistent and immersive experience that brought future consumer behaviour to life.
