Disruptive Forces was conceived as an experiential space to explore the factors that influence consumer mindset and changing brand perception. The room was designed to help teams understand how external forces shape behaviour, decision-making, and expectations.

The experience drew on learning from multiple industries and sectors, providing a broad and comparative perspective.
