Pfizer Rare Disease asked us to review their existing communications and identify new opportunities to strengthen engagement. There was a clear need to reconnect people to a shared sense of purpose, both globally and locally.

What we did

We worked with senior leaders through a series of workshops and facilitated sessions to evolve an existing communications platform. The focus was on creating clarity, consistency, and a shared interpretation across the business.

We developed “Here” as a unifying narrative, a simple and recognisable idea that could anchor all communications and act as a rallying point for employees. This provided a clear structure for messaging, content, and engagement across internal and external audiences.
