
Strategy Communication and Engagement Experience
RS Group required a clear and engaging way to communicate its future strategy and long-term direction across a complex global business. The challenge was to ensure that teams across the entire value chain could understand the strategy, see their role within it, and actively contribute to its delivery.
The work needed to operate at scale and resonate consistently across different regions, functions, and seniority levels.


What we did
We designed a strategic playbook to clearly communicate the future direction of the business for senior leaders and regional managers. We then created a physical, game-based experience that allowed teams to explore their role in delivering the strategy and identify future opportunities for improvement.
The experience was delivered as both a tabletop board game and a large-scale, immersive format for use in distribution centres and warehouses. Both formats were translated into six languages to support a global workforce.
